Culane Energy Corp. ("Culane"or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CLN) announces it
has granted an aggregate of 1,210,000 stock options to acquire class "A" common
shares of the Company pursuant to its incentive stock option plan, of which
805,000 stock options were granted to directors and officers of the Company. The
stock options are exercisable at $1.30 per share for a period of five years.
