Cordy Announces Changes to Senior Management

Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. ("Cordy") (TSX VENTURE:CKK) announces that it has
accepted the resignation of Mr. Allen Cameron as the President and a director of
Cordy. In addition, Mr. Bob Brunt has resigned as Cordy's Chief Operating
Officer.
