further to its news release dated August 29, 2012, that the Company has made the
decision not to proceed with the proposed private placement described therein,
in favour of pursuing other opportunities.
The Company also announces that the property option agreement between Century
and Pacific Iron Ore Corporation relating to certain mining properties in
Ontario, Canada, which the Company announced on August 13, 2012, has terminated
in accordance with its terms.
