Century Energy Extends Warrant Expiry Date

Century Energy Ltd ("Century") is pleased to announce it has extended the expiry
date of certain of its outstanding common share purchase warrants. In October
2010, the Corporation issued 10,000,000 warrants with an exercise price of $0.10
per common share and an expiration date of April 28, 2012. The Corporation is
extending the expiry date of these warrants to April 28, 2013. The TSX Venture
Exchange as accepted notice of the extension of the expiry dates of the
warrants.
