Columbus Energy Limited Hires Grenfell Consulting Ltd. as Investor Relations Advisor

Columbus Energy Limited (TSX VENTURE:CEL) is pleased to announce that it has
hired Grenfell Consulting Ltd. of London, England as its Investor Relations
Advisor.


The range of activity that Grenfell Consulting Ltd. undertakes includes
preparing executives for presentations, writing and editing investor material,
preparing press releases, organizing websites, communicating with retail and
institutional investors and advising on PR tactics in hostile takeovers.


Its managing director, Lord Monson, has been advising public companies for 25
years. Clients have included insurance giant Legal & General plc, bio-tech
research group SkyePharma plc, industrial conglomerate Focus Dynamic plc, coal
methane extraction specialist heritage Petroleum plc (now European Gas), digital
media railway technology combine Ram Investment Group plc, oil producer TXO plc
and Mozambique titanium miner Pathfinder Minerals plc.


Grenfell Consultant Ltd. assisted the company with its private placement which
closed December 14, 2010 and was paid finder's fees. The Company has hired
Grenfell Consulting for a period of 6 months at a monthly retainer of 1,200
pounds commencing January 01, 2011 increasing to 2,800 pounds per month on July
01, 2011.
