Canada Coal Announces Results of Annual Meeting

Canada Coal Inc. (the "Company" or "Canada Coal"), (TSX VENTURE:CCK) announces
that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2013
Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held in Toronto, Ontario on June
27th, 2013, were re-elected as directors of Canada Coal Inc. Detailed results of
the vote for the election of directors held at the annual general meeting are
set out in the attached table.

--  The reappointment of McGovern Hurley Cunningham LLP as auditor of the
    company for the ensuing year at the remuneration to be fixed by
    directors; 
--  The ratification of the company's rolling stock option plan;



Other Business

The Company announces it has granted incentive stock options to a certain
director to purchase up to a total of 200,000 common shares in the capital stock
of the company, exercisable for a period of five years, at a price of $0.20
cents per share.
