Staccato Gold Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CAT) announces that it has granted
stock options to buy 1,080,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.10 to the
directors of the Company. The options have a five year term, and are subject to
the regulatory policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
