Carrington Acquisition Corporation of London, Ontario (TSX VENTURE:CAQ.H)
("Carrington") and Mr. George Lunick, President and CEO of Carrington, announces
that the we have recently discontinued a former transaction regarding Dolly
Silver and Dolly Varden. It has been confirmed with the principals of such
corporate names that this transaction is now terminated. 


Carrington continues to actively pursue other opportunities for potential
Qualifying Transactions.
