Brownstone Announces Resignation of President and COO

Brownstone Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BWN)(OTCQX:BWSOF) announces that Jonathan
Schroeder, the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, has resigned
effective May 31, 2014 to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Schroeder
will remain a Director of Brownstone. The company has no immediate plans to fill
the position.

pleased that he will continue to serve on the Board", stated Sheldon Inwentash,
CEO and Chairman of the Board.
