Zenabis Launches New Line of Premium Adult-Use Recreational Cannabis Products Under "Namaste" Brand Name

Inspired by Cannabis's spiritual history, Namaste will be present on store shelves beginning October 17th

VANCOUVER, Oct. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - On October 4, 2018, Bevo Agro Inc. (TSXV: BVO) announced that it has signed an Arrangement Agreement dated October 4, 2018 with Sun Pharm Investments Ltd. ("Sun Pharm") for a reverse take-over of Bevo, and announced its intent to change its name to Zenabis Global Inc (Zenabis). This combined entity will have almost 3.5 million square feet in available production space.¹

Zenabis is excited to announce the launch of "Namaste" - a comprehensive suite of adult-use recreational cannabis products. Crafted with the same exceptional quality found in Zenabis medical offerings, the Namaste brand will deliver a premium experience for consumers. 

Namaste will make its debut on Canada's first day of legalization - October 17, 2018. Namaste adult-use recreational cannabis products will be available in licensed retail stores throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and British Columbia. The company also has purchase orders from the Yukon Territory and there are plans for additional markets to follow.
