Bonanza Resources Corporation Changes Name to BRS Resources Ltd. and Launches New Website

Bonanza Resources Corporation (TSX.V: BRS; FRANKFURT: B4G) ("Bonanza" or the "Company") today announced that the name of the company has been changed from Bonanza Resources Corporation to BRS Resources Ltd. The ticker symbol will remain TSX.V: BRS). The name change is expected to be effective with the TSX Venture Exchange commencing on the opening of trading on Friday. February 18, 2011.
