Winston Ho Fatt Acquires Class A Common Shares of Beaumont Select Corporations Inc.

Mr. Winston Ho Fatt, through Somerset Properties Ltd. ("Somerset"), a company
which Mr. Ho Fatt controls, acquired ownership of an aggregate of 2,369,919
Class A common shares ("Class A Shares") in the capital of Beaumont Select
Corporations Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BMN.A) pursuant to a share
purchase and sale agreement dated January 4, 2013 at a price of $0.775 per share
for an aggregate purchase price of $1,836,687.20.


As a result of the acquisition and taking into account Class A Shares already
beneficially owned or controlled, Mr. Ho Fatt beneficially owns, or exercises
control over, directly or indirectly, 14,033,396 Class A Shares, representing
approximately 86.8% of the issued and outstanding Class A Shares. 


The Class A Shares were acquired for investment purposes and Mr. Ho Fatt may,
from time to time on an individual or joint basis, acquire additional securities
of the Corporation, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional
securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current position.
