Buffalo Resources Announces Resignation of Director

Buffalo Resources Corp. ("Buffalo")(TSX VENTURE:BFR) today announced the
resignation of Mr. Fred Coles as a Director of the Corporation for personal
reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Coles joined Buffalo's Board of Directors at
the time of the amalgamation with Choice Resources Corp.
