Buffalo Announces Appointment of New Directors

Buffalo Resources Corp. ("Buffalo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BFR) Buffalo
announces today that it has added Michael D. Winn and Brian E. Bayley to the
Board of Directors of the Company in order to fill vacancies on the Board which
arose during 2008.


Mr. Winn is the President of Terrasearch Inc., a private consulting company
providing investment analysis and financial services to private and public
companies operating in the oil and gas, mining and energy sectors. Mr. Winn is
also a director of several public companies. Mr. Winn resides in California.


Mr. Bayley is Co-Chairman of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX; AMEX; AIM), a
publicly-traded mortgage investment corporation. Mr. Bayley is also a director
of several public companies. Mr. Bayley resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.


Buffalo is a Canadian junior oil and gas company engaged in the exploration,
development and production of oil and gas reserves in the provinces of Alberta
and Saskatchewan.
