TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan 31, 2014) - Atacama Pacific Gold Corporation (TSX-VENTURE:ATM) ("Atacama") announces it has granted an aggregate of 995,000 options of which 645,000 were granted to directors and officers of the Company and 350,000 were granted to employees and consultants. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one Atacama common share at an exercise price of $1.00 until January 31, 2019.
