Aquarius Files Form 51-102F6 for March 31, 2010 and updated MD&A's

TORONTO, Feb. 22 /CNW/ -- 
TORONTO, Feb. 22 /CNW/ - Aquarius Coatings Inc. ("Aquarius") was
 recently advised by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") that Form
 51-102F6 - Executive Compensation Disclosure for the year ended March
 31, 2010 had not been filed by the August 18, 2010 deadline.


To correct this oversight Aquarius has filed on SEDAR Form 51-102F6 -
 Executive Compensation Disclosure for the year ended March 31, 2010 and
 has also filed an updated Form 51-102F6 for the year ended March 31,
 2009 as a supplement to the Management Information Circular dated May
 26, 2010.


The OSC has also suggested that Aquarius provide additional information
 in Form 51-102F1 - Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the
 year ended March 31, 2010 and the quarters ended June 30, 2010 and
 September 30, 2010. Aquarius has agreed with that suggestion and has
 also filed on SEDAR updated MD&A's for those periods together with
 updated annual certificates (Form 52-109FV1) for the year ended March
 31, 2010.
