TSX VENTURE COMPANIES

BULLETIN TYPE: Notice to Issuers
BULLETIN DATE: March 12, 2009

Re: Electronic versions of the Form 2A (PIF) and Form 2C1 available online

In 2008, TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") continued to bring
additional value to issuers through the introduction of enhanced data tools
and new services. For 2009, the latest development in a series of steps
taken to ensure accuracy, completeness and speed of issuer reporting
obligations to the Exchange is the ability of issuers to complete
electronic versions of Personal Information Forms ("PIFs") and Statutory
Declarations online.

Effective immediately PIFs (Form 2A) and Statutory Declarations (Form 2C1)
may be completed online. Once completed, the PIF or Form 2C1 must be
printed, executed and, together with all required attachments, forwarded to
the Exchange in accordance with the General Instructions on Page 1 of the
PIF.

Although PIFs and Form 2C1s cannot be submitted electronically to the
Exchange, the online versions of the forms are designed to guide applicants
through the completion process in a step-by-step fashion to ensure accuracy
and completeness. It is the Exchange's view that this system will greatly
reduce error rates on forms submitted and will result in faster turnaround
times for issuers, with less need for the Exchange to contact applicants or
their counsel regarding incomplete or inaccurate forms.

Electronic completion of both forms is voluntary until June 30, 2009.
Beginning July 2, 2009, issuers must submit only the version generated from
the online PIF software located on our website. Any PIF or Form 2C1
submitted in a format differing from that produced by the online software
may no longer be accepted for filing by the Exchange.

We believe that our listed issuers and stakeholders will greatly benefit
from the convenience this service will bring to the PIF and Form 2C1
process.

Electronic versions of the Form 2A (PIF) and Form 2C1 may be found on the
Exchange's website at:

- Form 2A:
  http://www.tsx.com/en/listings/venture_issuer_resources/form2apif.html

- Form 2C1:
