Anterra Energy Announces Corporate Updates

Anterra Energy Inc.  ("Anterra" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AE.A)
(OTCQX:ATERF) announces that the Company and Jiangsu Baoli Asphalt Co., Ltd. of
China have agreed not to proceed with the previously-announced (August 2013) $7
million private placement. 


Anterra also announces that it amalgamated with its wholly-owned subsidiary,
Terrex Energy Inc., on January 1, 2014.
