 PERTH, Western Australia, Dec. 5, 2011 /CNW/ - Adamus Resources Limited     (Adamus) is pleased to announce that the orders made by the Federal Court of  Australia on 2 December 2011 approving the scheme of arrangement  between Adamus and its shareholders (Scheme) have been lodged today with the Australian Securities & Investments  Commission (ASIC). 

 Adamus shares will cease trading on the ASX at the close of trading  today. 

 Indicative Timetable 





    Endeavour CDIs commence trading on the    
    ASX on a deferred
    settlement basis1                                       6 December 2011

    Record Date for determining entitlements  
    to the Scheme                                         7pm (Sydney time)
    Consideration                                          12 December 2011

    Implementation Date for the Scheme                     19 December 2011

    Despatch of holding statements for New    
    Endeavour Shares (in the
    form of CDIs) or direct registration
    statements for New Endeavour               As soon as practicable after
    Shares (in the form of shares)                         19 December 2011

    New Endeavour Shares (in the form of      
    CDIs) commence trading on a
    normal settlement basis on the ASX                     20 December 2011
