Actus Minerals Property Acquisition

Actus Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AAC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce
that it has entered into an option agreement with Antoro Resources Inc., to
acquire a 75% interest in 2 claim blocks comprised of a total of 37 designated
claims covering an area of 578.76 hectares. The property, known as the Golden
Knight project is located in the Casa Berardi township of Quebec, (the
"Property"). Actus' Casa Berardi project now covers in excess of 8,497 hectares
or 84.97 square kilometres immediately surrounding Aurizon Mines' Casa Berardi
mining operation.


Pursuant to the terms of the option agreement, and subject to regulatory
acceptance, the Company can acquire a 75% interest in the Property by expending
$150,000 in exploration expenditures and issuing an aggregate of 500,000 shares
over a two year period. The property is subject to an aggregate 2.5% percent net
smelter return royalty ("NSR") held by two separate parties. The Company may at
any time acquire half of one percent (0.5%) of the NSR for a one time payment of
$1,000,000 to one of the holders of the NSR. Additionally, the Company can
purchase an additional three quarters of one percent (0.75%) also for a one time
payment of $1,000,000 to the other NSR holder.


A summer 2011 exploration program will be planned to include an airborne
geophysical survey, geological mapping, geochemistry and trenching, directed
towards drill target definition. This work is being done in tandem with the work
planned on the recently optioned property from Beaufield Resources Inc.
Initially an airborne geophysical survey will be conducted over both properties
and the resulting data will be analyzed to identify high priority geophysical
targets which will be further explored.
