(TSX: HWO) ("High Arctic" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the results of the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of High Arctic held on May 8, 2015. All matters put forth were approved, including the re-election of each nominee as a director of the Corporation for the upcoming year, as follows:
