Suite of Contact Center Products

selected by Waterford/Wedgwood USA (NASDAQ:WATFZ), the leading brand of premium
crystal, to fulfill its diverse customer contact center needs. Waterford will
use Teltronics' OmniWorks suite of products for a complete, VoIP-enhanced
solution.
Teltronics' OmniWorks Contact Center suite of products will provide real- time
statistical data, as well as state-of-the-art multi-media functionality,
allowing Waterford's U.S. call center to effectively manage a very high volume
of telephone calls and e-mail messages. Teltronics' OmniWorks also gives
Waterford/Wedgwood the option to deploy VoIP remote-agent capabilities,
