ITEM 8.01

Other Events.

On August 8, 2008, at a special meeting the stockholders of Tumbleweed Communications Corp. (the "Company") approved and adopted the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated June 5, 2008, by and between the Company and Axway Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sopra Group SA, by the requisite vote required under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.  A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the approval of the merger by the stockholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
