      The Board of Directors of Nevada Chemicals, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCEM), today 
      announced a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.10 per share on its common 
      stock, payable July 7, 2008 to holders of record at the close of 
      business on June 20, 2008. Nevada Chemicals has now paid quarterly 
      dividends for the past four quarters totaling $0.37, which represents 
      approximately a 4% dividend yield based upon the current stock trading

      Nevada Chemicals, Inc., through its 50% stake in Cyanco, a chemical 
      producer of sodium cyanide located in Winnemucca, Nevada, is the premier 
      producer of strategic chemicals for the gold mining industry of the
