Arrow International Announces Dividend For Third Fiscal Quarter

READING, Pa., May 14  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arrow International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARRO) announced today that its Board of Directors approved payment of a dividend of $0.21 per share on its outstanding common stock, payable on June 11, 2007 to shareholders of record on May 29, 2007.  This is the sixtieth consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since its initial public offering on June 9, 1992.
