Issue of Equity
The Company announces the issue of 86,146 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of 86,146 warrants which were granted to finnCap Limited as part of the 2015 fundraising. Application has been made for the 86,146 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 31 January 2017.
Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 9,532,435 Ordinary Shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
