Following the vote to leave the European Union, market sentiment continues to 
remain uncertain with continued volatility in both the equities and property 
markets. 
 
However, the Board will continue to monitor suitable opportunities to develop 
and/or invest in, including possible funding of property developments, in order 
to enhance shareholder value
