Director/PDMR Shareholding & Total Voting Rights

Proteome Sciences plc (AIM:PRM) announces that further to the announcement on 31 October 2016 regarding a placing (the "Placing") to raise GBP3.3 million, the first tranche of 45,593,346 ( new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have today been admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

Jeremy Haigh, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, both participated in the Placing. The number of Placing Shares purchased by the Directors and their beneficial interest in the capital of the Company is set out below:
