APPOINTMENT OF GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
Mulberry Group plc, the English luxury brand, announces today the appointment of Neil James Ritchie as Group Finance Director and a Director of the Company with effect from 16 May 2016. At the same time, the existing Group Finance Director, Roger Mather, will step down from the Board. However, Roger will remain available to support a smooth transition until his departure at the end of June 2016, as previously announced.
Prior to joining Mulberry, Neil (aged 44) spent the last 14 years with the Malmesbury based Dyson Group ("Dyson") at which he has held a variety of commercial and financial roles across UK, Europe, North America and Asia and most recently, Global Commercial Financial Director reporting to the CFO of Dyson. Neil is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), having trained with Price Waterhouse, London and brings extensive financial and international experience to Mulberry.
