Acquisition Globe Capital Administration and 25% stake in Sterling Craig
Acquisition
The Company is also delighted to announce that, it has acquired the entire
issued share capital of Globe Capital Administration Ltd for a total
consideration of GBP1,250.
Acquisition of stake
Globe Capital is pleased to announce that, in line with its investing Strategy,
the Company has purchased a 25% stake in Sterling Craig Ltd ("Sterling Craig").
Sterling Craig is an online retailer and will provide an opportunity to enter
the men's retail fashion business.
The purchase price is GBP12,500 which will be settled in cash.
The Directors of Globe Capital Limited accept responsibility for this
announcement.
