We are continuing to sell DVD's through Lace Group. Longer term we are planning to merge with another company. Posted at 10/1/2008 14:27 by clivee I have just had a note from bank to say that this company is now delisting. I understand why because they have been suspended for so long but i thought suspension was due to a possable reverse take over, requireing shares holders to vote for or against. If it is being delisted should they not issure RNS explain why or is this all being done through the back door. I say it again whats the point of AIMS rules and the FSA. Onther company takeing the p--- out of share holders. |

They have beeen added recently' If these titles are to be 'big' surely that is market sensitive information which should have been published as a company announcement? The company is in the business of intellectual copyright and licencing. After allowing the share price to collapse from 0.4p to 0.05p over less than two years the company has witheld its results for over the normal six month reporting period. To also fail to publish information on a new significant asset (if it is a significant asset) is unforgivable in my personal opinion. z |

Why did they not make an announcement about this important matter? After or before getting their results out on time? Have the Full year figures for year ending December 2006 been published? Watching from the sidelines - but doubt whether I would ever try to chase my losses on this one - when or if the suspension is ended. If there is a legitimate fix for this, it may still be at the cost of even more diluted shares. z |
