Director/PDMR Shareholding and holdings in Company

The Company was notified today that Raglan Road Capital Limited, a company in which Cathal Friel, Non-Executive Chairman of Fastnet, and his wife, Pamela Iyer, have a 90 per cent. Interest, has today acquired 17,308,080 ordinary shares of 3.8p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 4.0 pence per Ordinary Share from Predator Oil and Gas Ventures Limited.

As a result of the sale Predator Oil and Gas Ventures Limited no longer has a holding in the Company. Cathal Friel's revised holding following the purchase is set out below:
