Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised by its Registrars, 
Computershare Investor Services PLC, that Mr Joe Roach, an Executive Director 
of the Company, acquired 1,146 Ordinary Shares on 1 December 2014, pursuant to 
the Charles Taylor plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at 256.875p per share. 
 
Following this announcement Mr Roach and his connected persons hold a total of 
92,798 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.21% of the total voting rights of the 
Company.
