MKM Group chairman buys shares

LONDON (AFX) - Marketing services firm MKM Group PLC said executive chairman
Andrew Johnson has acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the company at 6.25 pence
each and is now interested in 3,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 8 pct.
The company also announced that, on Sept 8, David Mond, a non-executive
director of the company, acquired 4 mln ordinary shares at 6.25 pence each,
representing 9.14 pct in the company.
