I'm very pleased to say that MOG have *LOST* their application for costs, and that Justice Christopher Clarke is going to issue an order that they must pay to LGO the sum of £34,000 in costs in connection with this application. They consider that they had a great result with Justice Christopher Clarke on Friday (he is one of England's most senior Judges, and was recently promoted to the Court of Appeal) and they're looking forward to their day in court.
