Posted at 22/4/2024 08:51 by 4sta Just what we need,YET ANOTHER REPORT. Additional SEISMIC interpretation will be the next RNS if the past is anything to go by. Come on board, get something done to move this share price. |
Posted at 17/4/2024 08:50 by talkman2 What do shareholders actually get by investing in Europa ?No dividend , No Share buy -back , share price trading at an all low with shareholders nursing significant loses . Today’s results and progress were a non-event . At least shareholders are providing employment and a life-style to our directors who have delivered nothing in terms of share price appreciation. |
Posted at 02/4/2024 10:31 by 4sta Yes, I was pleasantly surprised. Thought that with the selling that's been going on they were going to be down. Can't really see why anybody is selling at this price with the potential on offer, any one of their several projects could see a real up turn in the share price imo. Even Cloughton looks to be a potential little gem (after all these years). |
Posted at 07/2/2024 16:18 by jedc1 Terrible, terrible. We don't need a bunch of new buyers at this price as they will depress the share price. The BOD don't seem to be able to get the share price up. We need a merger. |
Posted at 31/1/2024 09:49 by jedc1 Because the share price has consistently gone down because of the dreadful decisions made by the BODs. Lets hope this BOD actually do deliver but they need to get the share price up or we will see more selling. |
Posted at 22/1/2024 12:49 by jedc1 Treasure, the share price is down to the BODs and currently not doing very well. You want positive thoughts from shareholders, then the BODs need to get the share price up. They dont seem to be able to convince the market or whoever is selling to stay with the company. |
Posted at 30/11/2023 10:25 by greypanther2 Hi Spangle93. For completeness, here's my posting on the LSE board yesterday: "Shareholders with fairly short memories, who think that a return to the days when Paul Barrett & Erika Syba were running the company would be a great idea, might like to be reminded of the following. PB and ES floated Europa on AIM at 25p per share in November 2004. In the early days the shares traded between 25p and 35p but, by the time they left the company (ES in August 2010 and PB in Oct 2011), the share price was 12p in the case of ES and 13p for PB. So their performance wasn't exactly stellar either!"I also think that the share price performance under Hugh Mackay was pretty disappointing too. |
Posted at 28/11/2023 11:27 by talkman2 The board are totally not in tune with the shareholders and have failed them . They think their stupid , meaningless share presentations are enough. They are clueless . The current share price is a damning indictment on their leadershipThey should engage with the shareholders and take on board their views , frustration and concerns . They own less than 1% of the company ( says it all ) do nothing for shareholders. They just cost the company a lot of money ( in relation to its market cap ). How the hell do they get paid bonuses ?! It’s morally wrong and disgusting. Why hasn’t the company initiated a share buy back to support the share price ? We are told the Egdon deal valued our Wressle stake at 2.6p . I would think the company buying back shares at these levels represents excellent value . But they do nothing . What’s the cash for ? Going towards another inspired deal like Serenity ? Our only hope is a new board or somebody taking over around 2p . |
Posted at 27/11/2023 08:14 by spangle93 If they need to point out the resignation dates of former directors Paul Barrett and Erika Syba, maybe they coud have shared that the EOG share price on those dates was 12.9p and 9.5p respectively |
Posted at 25/10/2023 08:31 by talkman2 The directors hold very few shares so their interests are not aligned to those of shareholders. They talk about shareholder value but because they hold so few shares are they that concerned ? Oddie has enjoyed a salary of over £600,000 over the last 2 years despite the share price being at an all time low ( on his watch ) after the Serenity adventure which diluted 40% of the company and the Morocco failure . Oddie as Chairman of the Rumeneration Committee! You couldn’t make it up .All they seem to be concerned with is maintaining their salaries and lifestyle . They act as if EOG is a private company Where is the accountability? Reward for failure ? Has he bought any shares recently ? It’s totally disgusting what has gone on here . Enough is enough .There is no concern for shareholders. Why has not moves been made for a share buy back ? The company’s money is our money . Can any shareholder be happy with the salaries being paid here with the abysmal share price performance which is trading at all time lows . This BOD cannot be trusted by shareholders. Changes need to be made . The directors have had too much of an easy ride . |
