Posted at 02/10/2018 00:39 by the bull Has Mr Slippery done anything good yet on the new platform, or has he squandered the cash of new investors on his lifestyle |
Posted at 22/5/2018 18:25 by the bull His slippery spin was all very convincing before wasn't it, just a shame he has another chance at depriving investors of more money. I certainly wont be averaging down |
Posted at 07/12/2016 18:03 by apfindley Oh and look there's your rns.Should've listened.Who bought in today??Sneaky way of delisting and taking the company private. And who will own MOST of this company afterwards? Who is the main creditor who is owed money for the loan they gave the company? She will take the lot.Sad day for investors. |
Posted at 07/12/2016 11:10 by marvelman Sickening to see the losses Cleverly has caused genuine investors and as we know not for the first time. Whilst we all recognise AIM has its risks it should not be so easily available to people like Cleverly. He is either a crook knowing full well what he was doing here or an incompetent who should never have been running the company in the first place....I made my mind up a while back. |
Posted at 07/12/2016 09:20 by cgee1 ISDX may well be a lobster pot but raising money is impossible??? How come Doriemus PLC have done just that???2 December 2016 Doriemus Plc ("Doriemus" or the "Company") Issue of Equity to fast track UK onshore oil investment strategy Doriemus (ISDX: DOR) announces that it has raised GBP250,000, gross of expenses, through the issue of 714,285,714 new Ordinary Shares of 0.001p each in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a placing price of 0.035 pence per share with private investors ("the "Placing"). This Placing is to raise funds to assist in progressing possible investment opportunities that the Company is currently reviewing and to ensure that we have sufficient working capital available to keep up with anticipated expenditure with respect to increased onshore UK oil drilling activity. |
Posted at 02/12/2016 08:09 by sweet karolina Let's have some more examples - there are loads who have been kicked off AIM having failed to get a new Nomad. Cloudbuy was not completely bust and had not serially mislead investors. You feel free to waste your money as you see fit, however suggesting to others that gambling on whether a new Nomad will be appointed is a good risk reward play is deceitful. If you really believe what you say then you want me deramping so you can get more cheaply and make more in the highly unlikely event that another Nomad cares so little for its reputation and AIM rules that it takes this dog on. |
Posted at 24/11/2016 10:02 by duxy786 So they raided 500K in September, So enough working capital to continue business atleast for the short term and recent investors would be pretty annoyed if the company ceased to exist within 2 months of them investing half a mil. Mally is probably correct, based on the buying quantities here and IDSX, a new broker has probably already been discussed and appointed. From RNS: "Pursuant to the Subscription, the Company will issue 235,294,118 new ordinary shares of no par value (the 'Subscription Shares') to raise GBP500,000 (before expenses) at a price of 0.2125 pence per new ordinary share (the 'Issue Price')." |
Posted at 10/9/2016 10:06 by pegasus59 Lastly, we are excited to share two recent developments that will make for a particularly exciting third and fourth quarter: discussions to set up a Shariah-compliant trade finance fund targeting investors in the Middle East, and the implementation of a Feeder Fund out of Japan with an initial mandate to raise US$ 50 million. These plans, together with our strong pipeline of fund roadshows, continue to put us on the global map with investors and counterparties alike. |
Posted at 27/5/2016 11:41 by pegasus59 bigJames2When do you expect the investors in the projects you have mentioned to get a return on their investment? 2/3yr I expect AFPO investors to be looking at a return very soon You could always hope for a quick sale at ELM but that's already be turned down.Happy hunting for investors |
