Well outside of a bid it depends on the next trading update?.

If and it is an IF, they warn again the high multiple provides little room
for further disappointment.

BOD not buying in any quantity.

Not often I’d disagree with Questor, but I think this is an opportunity. Not least for the possibility of a takeover bid. I’d not welcome the loss of yet another good British company, but hey ho.

Is there money to be made by licensing the new products Zote are creating? I think this is a superb company and very cheap at these prices.

If one believes that a Global Slowdown is coming and 2020 and 2021 are going to be tough

Sales of all new things are going to drop, even food.

Cheaper products will be sought and grow your own in the garden make a comeback if it gets proper bad.

Dig that lawn up and grow for Great Britain

Yes , but there are still costs involved, costs which might rise

Zotefoams has committed in excess of USD $1 million to install a pilot line near its MuCell Extrusion laboratories in Massachusetts to accelerate commercial scale product development by licensees.

Interesting despite the rating a number of new significant us institutions bought into the company based of the growth potential of HPP and Mucell. That's where the real value is.

Yes, they have geared up at seemingly the wrong time but also the shares were very highly rated in the market. Even after this fall (c.335p atm) and assuming 15.7p earnings this year, they are on a p/e ratio of about 21.

It sounds like management think the business will grow again when this softer demand is out of the way.

If the softness continues, then, full year eps for 2020 might see another 4p off? Market rating may then also fall. In that case the shares on a p/e ratio of say 15 might trade around 175p. This would be a bad case scenario and may not happen.

Perhaps the present price of c.335p is about right, until things become clearer?
