Its uninvestable at the moment. Its cash burn is so high, if those new projects don't start soon it could be bankrupt or need a big cash injection.

'someone wants out'

An RNS indicates it is Connaccord,....& they still hold ~10-11 % !!
...if they are still selling that is a lot of shares to offload !.

-----

What a % fall in share price !
A holding that was worth say £20k at the peak about a year ago, if still held now would be worth ~£2k !!
A reminder imo of the importance of using mental stop losses.

I was around about the same time. 20p up to 1.20. I remember those big move days also.

Cloud dubbing. That was the dream that never came about.

Hi Amt Long way up ! Long way back down !!I remember them 9p days , fortress bailing ! I sold my last lot at 64p ! Then it went to 180 !Just shows you how difficult and unpredictable share trading can be !! But did set me up nicely though !! Sad to see it unravelling .

Mortality I have made a lot from Zoo on the past, originally investing at 10p. I will keep what I have. I don't see it being sold off but never saw it going so badly but that was thanks to the strike. I suspect they will raise 10m at 15p or so and turn cashflow positive later in the year. Still potential to build again but the problem will be dilution. Remember Suart Green has a lot invested so he will do everything to turn things around. Great business but just hit by bad luck.

Also, I just think someone wants out. Its a £20m market-cap. Like AMT, it probably used to be a 1% in their portfolio and it is suddenly 0.1%. They frankly don't care about price here, they just want out. It is a headache they don't need.

So how do you stimulate volume... you drop the price hard. Already seeing decent volume today.

I am seeing this all over AIM. No natural buyers, so sellers have to force price down to stimulate some demand.

This stock has always been a bit leaky.

Its going one of two ways in the next 6 months.

1) Those orders they referred to come through. The business manages to stay net-cash. Shares bounce slightly. Still needs to do a placing as management always like a cash buffer, but that placing is done from a stronger position.

2)Those orders get delayed a little bit. Business goes into debt as cash flow stays terrible. Market-cap probably drops to single digit millions. Can't recapitalise at that market-cap. Business sold for a low millions.

I think this leg down is the nervousness about these two precarious situations.

I couldn't imagine anyone buying until further news and not even Directors buying. I used to hold a lot but gave a relatively small holding now.

Yes another cash call. Perhaps 10m at 15p.
It's incredible how this nearly always happens on AIM. What happened to insider trading rules. We will see but that's my guess. I hope I am wrong because if not insider trading has been taken to another level.

Looks to me a major shareholder is dumping fast maybe a cash call on the way.

Bango has a bigger upside and doesn't need cash.
I might add to my current holding here but only after a placing.

Does it advise buying ?
I can't see a placing above 30p in these dire markets. The share price held up quite well yesterday all things considered.
I listened to the latest video from the company and their longterm 400m turnover with ebitda of 20m still remains in place. 20m ebitda seems much lower than I had expected.
However the next 6 months is going to be very difficult and with a large amount of potential dilution to shareholdings its much too risky.
Much better opportunities around such as Bango
