Trading update late March last year. Therefore suspect we may get one next week.Should be positive. Disney are going well. Zoo have jobs available in both Burbank and London, which appear to be In Disney offices. The ADR service includes rental which is I suggest a good development. The recovery of production is not going to mean a return to the old norms and I feel that it is clear that for many reasons cloud dubbing is here to stay. Many reasons to be optimistic.

Very positive to read that Disney + is forecast to reach 295 million subscribers by 2024. Great news for Zoo as this must strengthen there position with Disney and the other major OTT providers.

Zoo Investors Quarterly Newsletter Our quarterly investor newsletter featuring the latest news from ZOO and updates from across the global entertainment industry. January trading update highlights our accelerating momentum Since the half year, ZOO has continued to see the benefits of our cloud-based offering and ability to undertake projects remotely, as we outlined in our trading update on 26 January 2021: "Increased workflow from preparing back catalogue titles for digital distribution globally means that we now expect our revenues for the full year to be at least $38 million (FY20: $29.8 million) – a 35% acceleration of growth in the second half over the first half. Based on this strong performance, the result for the year is anticipated to be ahead of market expectations." Well-positioned to benefit from structural shift in the industry There has been an expansion of budgets by major industry players as streaming becomes mainstream, with content being sourced more broadly from international producers. These trends are underpinned by rising consumer spending on content. Through our end-to-end service model we are able to support major studios and streaming services as they globalize their content to reach audiences worldwide. We are investing in growing our global footprint as well as benefiting from the resumption of content creation and digitally remastering back catalogues for the global market. Continuing to invest in growth On 2 February we unveiled news of strategic hires as part of our talent management programme to enhance our dubbing capabilities and bring in new talent across its European and other key markets. Following our success in building our dubbing services in Latin America, we are focused on expanding our in-territory expertise across Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia to fulfil projects from leading global content providers.

"exercised by certain option holders of the Company." That's a bit vague for an RNS?

Also noted that ZOO have this year made senior dubbing appoints for those HBO Max territories mentioned - the Nordics, Spain, Central Europe, and Portugal. Feb 12th: Teresa Alonso joins ZOO as dubbing territory manager for Spain and Portugal – in a new role for the company. Jan 27th: Andreas Kaj joins ZOO as dubbing territory manager for the Nordic region, bringing a wealth of industry experience to the position. In his previous role, he was responsible for managing the dubbing of Warner Bros. feature films and trailers for the Nordics, Benelux and Polish territories. Jan 13th: ZOO Digital today announced the appointment of Mariusz Jaworowski as creative director for Central and Eastern European (CEE) dubbing. Jaworowski is a leading name in the dubbing industry with more than 21 years’ experience as executive creative director at Disney.

Agree that most likely Star. But worth noting that... "HBO Max is coming to Europe "soon", according to TheVerge. The WarnerMedia-owned streaming service, which launched in the US in May, is set to launch in Latin America in June and Europe in the 'second half of 2021'. But before you whip out your credit card, there's still no concrete news on when HBO Max will launch in the UK. HBO simply says it will roll out HBO Max in "the Nordics, Spain, Central Europe, and Portugal” this year – part of the WarnerMedia's ambition to amass 75-90 million subscribers by the end of 2025. HBO Max offers a ton of top-drawer content from HBO, Warner Bros., New Line Cinema, DC Comics and more. The service costs $14.99 per month in the States and has struck a landmark deal to stream every 2021 Warner Bros. movie on the day they're released in cinemas."

Thanks nicyts. Yes this is almost definitely has to do with Disney's launch of its content related to "Star" which will come online tomorrow in Europe. Great showcase for Zoo, even more so given they are the sole vendor as mentioned in the article. I look forward to the next results.

News on website regarding metadata project for a major client.Good reading, and shows how entwined they are becoming with clients. I suspect this was Disney but who knows.Cleaning assets seems to be a newish and potentially major part of the business.
