Didn't want to see this. $29M USD is around £22M GBP and the MCAP is at £40M GBP. I guess we are going to fall on this "frustrating" news. Damnit.

Yet another “jam tomorrow” update - expect further decline in the share price

Not the greatest of updates, tried to spin the forward trading piece which may halt a hefty decline but lets see.

amt, agree. :-)

Another potential turn on my chart tomorrow, and just a small hop for price to get north of the 50sma. Wonder which way it will go, if any?

Just being realistic really and pointing out there is still a risk of downside here.

Well a fair amount of good news. Remember the starting point was 10p not so long ago. So we are up more than 5 fold. The 1.60 was based on exponential growth. If they can get back to growth of 20 to 30% growth for a couple of years then it's possible 1.60 is back on the table a couple of years out. However if they have anything the slightest bit negative in the trading update then I wouldn't be surprised to see 40p.
I suspect we will get a fairly bullish outlook and then my target would be say 60p but I think a lot of patience will be required. The most important number will be cash. We are expecting 2.5m

A fall from 160 doesn’t suggest a lot of good news already built in to me !!!

I think the market is a bit jittery about the trading update. It needs to be good as we cannot afford another shock to support the current share price. I am still 500% in profit so despite fall in share price from peak a fair amount of good news is already built into the current share price

Wasn’t an account lost , it was one project that got cancelled.
And they probably didn’t downgrade as it really has no bearing on the long term potential of Zoos technology.
The drop in price is a market over reaction IMHO. Can happen with small caps , people following the herd.

The house broker kept their forecast the same when the news broke about loosing one big account. I would then assume these growth figures are baked into that because he did not downgrade. DYOR

Where did you get those numbers from?

Indeed, this growth is reflected in the company’s 2017 outputs: 21 million minutes, 122 million files stored, 250 million subtitles and captions, 121 languages and 40+ formats, according to Green’s presentation.

Zoo has 6500 freelancers according to website. That is quite an increase i think. Such an increase must correlate to some increase in work one would assume.
