18/12/2016 12:42 | 50p realistic for what we know of the present company.Tech company in profit in growth area. Look ahead 12 months. The business will be reaping the rewards of the current developments and by then will be noticed. 2 sets of figures will have been produced.Assuming all goes to plan . This is a global market where amazon Netflix and the like are fighting for territory. Localisation will be in great demand and we have it is said the best technology that is scalable.Current market cap is low. Don't forget the 48p conversion price. Is that a more accurate valuation of the company valuation as it stands. | nicyts
18/12/2016 11:41 | Well that's a ten bagger! That may be a bit rich - I can see 50p. Present M/C is tiny for a fully fledged techie with contacts in all the right places. 5 fold bagger to £15m is quite realistic if we get noticed. Still holding a lot - haven't sold. | philjeans
18/12/2016 10:11 | What will be the price this time next year?We will have had the bedding in of the affiliate partners and hopefully e screeners in play.My guess is c95p to £1.Any other opinions . | nicyts

06/12/2016 10:14 | They've just tweeted pictures of their fancy new offices. Lets hope this is a sign business is doing well. | hatey
06/12/2016 09:55 | should be in the 900,s by tomorrow | ashtree2
06/12/2016 09:52 | Do people really buy such tiny amounts in stocks, 731 yesterday and 839 today ?? | hatey
05/12/2016 12:01 | The word "dark pools" comes to mind. I'm sure Barclays run one, especially if you consider how their Wealth Management arm works. Albeit, LSE rules state that all transactions must pass through market makers. But hey, you just get a slap on the wrist if you break the law/rules in the City. | bakunin
05/12/2016 10:24 | I've noticed this action all year in Zoo. It's like somebody insists on paying a slight premium for stock when all the pi's with TDW and Hargreaves and other popular brokers can buy for way less. There was a couple last week at 10.53p when 10.5p offer and on Friday there was a couple just above 10p when around 9.62p offer and of course today full offer when much cheaper online when I checked. Perhaps they are T20's but there is no codes on the trades to suggest that. Is a bit strange but has been going on a while ??? | hatey
05/12/2016 10:15 | added at 9,625 this am,beats me why some had to pay 9,99 | ashtree2
05/12/2016 09:39 | Regarding the pros and cons of either Foresight selling or Ian Stewart, ex director, buying; from a shareholder's point of view, I am much more buoyed by the buying of an ex director in the company. NIA and DYOR | martina pescatore
04/12/2016 12:19 | Thanks MP. See this with so many penny stocks, just when they finally start to trade well and deliver a institution starts selling. Makes no sense unless they need to raise some funds for other reasons. Just noticed the subtitles at 145 million. That has shot up from last time I looked. Seems to average just over 1 million a week ? | hatey
04/12/2016 11:21 | Foresight appear to have a group of funds/companies that have a combined holding of 5,907,539 shares as per RNS on 1 December 2016. The funds controlled by Foresight appear to have been reducing their holdings, as per RNS on 1 December 2016 where Foresight 3 VCT plc had sold 142,625 shares, with a new holding of 2,806,523 shares, and as per RNS on 16 August 2016 where Foresight 4 VCT plc had sold 12,597 shares, with a new holding of 2,608,862 shares. The Foresight funds/companies last sale prior to this was as per RNS on 23 February 2015 when they sold 200,180 shares, with a new combined holding of 6,397,539 shares. Prior to this, Foresight were buying shares as per RNS on 22 March 2013 when they bought 192,800 shares. All in all, Foresight funds/companies are still substantial shareholders but could be providing a drag on the share price if they continue to sell. NIA and DYOR. | martina pescatore
03/12/2016 15:27 | mp Yes he has made a very large % increase from his last holding. He might have even sold out completely but the main thing is the timing of this. Still nobody has posted on those foresight holdings. I spoke to them on Friday but will speak to them on Monday to clear up exactly what they have left unless somebody on here clears that matter up. Very confident for 2017 on ZOO could be a star performer. It's gone sideways for so long but the company has been making a lot of progress not reflected in the price. | hatey
03/12/2016 09:43 | According to RNS on 7 December 2010, Ian Stewart had a new holding in Zoo of 1,705,698 shares, following a purchase of 30,000 shares. According to RNS on 22 August 2011, Ian Stewart had a holding in Zoo of 1,005,698 shares following the sale of 700,000 shares. According to RNS on 8 September 2011, Ian Stewart no longer had a notifiable interest in the company (I.e. Less than 3% of the total number of shares at 32,660,660), following a sale of 150,000 shares. From this I deduce that his holding would be a maximum of 1,005,698 - 150,000 = 855,698 shares, but could be less if he sold down more since 2011. The next RNS regarding the holding of Ian Stewart was last week on 29 November 2016, when it was announced that he had an interest in 1,528,699 shares in Zoo. This hopefully indicates a sizeable increase and concerted buying by an ex director. But I don't know any background on it. Hope this helps. NIA and DYOR. | martina pescatore
02/12/2016 11:21 | Guess nobody knows about the holdings then. Weird trades again. Those little premium buys have returned but I'm sure you can still buy at mid price here with TDW | hatey
01/12/2016 17:14 | Vauch. Speculating but if it turned out to be true I think the shares would go through the roof, lets keep out fingers crossed. I think one of the long termers here will explain this. | hatey
01/12/2016 17:08 | If so where is his 10% holdings rns | vauch
01/12/2016 16:52 | Ian Stewart must have picked up his stake from Foresight where else could he have got that size from. I'm still confused over this but if Foresight are down to 9% then it's highly likely Ian Stewart has bought more ?? | hatey |
