16/9/2009 14:26 | Chesty i strongly recommend you look at IERE and read the recent posts there. It is beleived to have the biggest discount to NAV of any property company! It is starting to get recognised and even with a double to 60p it would be 50% of the NAV. | 2jupster
16/9/2009 14:22 | They can also be very costly | chesty1
16/9/2009 13:38 | chesty...your logic is sound, its just risky with an illiquid stock thats turned a corner and strong growth possible....plus the end of the recession... these tiddlers can put on huge gains for no reason even having risen treble digit multiples in recent times.... | deanroberthunt
16/9/2009 13:30 | dean but what your missing is. this..you could have sold in the 30's & then if it drops to 20p your back in with 50% more stock than you had before... Never fall in love with a stock its there only to make you money. | chesty1
16/9/2009 13:26 | the big gains are in the holding, not trying to gauge the intermediate ups and downs.....especially since its so illiquid... this can drop back to 20p or less for me.....and I'll add at that point...my gain is still 184% ignore the share price and the fact its risen from 10p to 30p...thats all smoke screen and subdefuge.. this company is forecasting revenues approaching £8-10m and £1m pbt going forward with around £1m+ in cash...all for circa £6m mcap......the growth potential looks good here, in a bullish market and continued development in-line with recent a per of 15-20+ would be in order | deanroberthunt
16/9/2009 13:20 | Well I don't like to see people losing money BUT I did warn you all.... This is only going one way short term. | chesty1
16/9/2009 10:51 | Chesty its up from 12p of late so dropping back a few pence meantime is no hardship for us long term holders. | cammy3
16/9/2009 10:35 | Yes comforting to see the share price heading south.. | chesty1
16/9/2009 09:49 | Thought this release would have been well received. Comforting to know everything is on track and no surprises. Will move forward in its own time. | cammy3
16/9/2009 08:42 | JJ, as agm 1 month earlier than last year, i expect 6 month figures may be in mid nov. | stoaty1
16/9/2009 08:39 | good move to change reporting to US dollars......removes the xr uncertainty...should help with attracting a higher per as well. bullish statement, will be holding all my shares too... jacob et al, could you report back any salient points from the AGM, dear chaps, would be much appreciated. I will attend myself one day, when work permits :( | deanroberthunt
16/9/2009 08:36 | I hope it does fly to 50p+ for all of you longs all I am typing is be careful. | chesty1
16/9/2009 08:32 | 8trade you are one sad muppet...!! Anyone who is negative gets filtered..lol.... oh well lets let the share price do the talking.... | chesty1
16/9/2009 08:28 | Wise move to filter chesty ! One of the usual suspect pump and dumpers that operates on advfn. If he was in this you have non stop posts of 50p+ CHESTY1 - 16 Sep'09 - 08:26 - 6102 of 6102 (Filtered) | 8trade
16/9/2009 08:27 | Agreed stoaty. The pressure from lack of shares available to market will continue to see us progress upwards. Looking forward to interims in December ;o) | jacobjohn7
16/9/2009 08:26 | jacobjohn7 nothing wrong with the statement but the share price has risen too far to hold on this news IMHO. | chesty1

16/9/2009 08:18 | sp dropping.....I did try & help you all our the other day when they announced on the 14th... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz | chesty1
16/9/2009 08:15 | changing currency reporting... looks like we are turning into a U.S oppo! makes sense for clarity of the company. | jacobjohn7
16/9/2009 08:04 | yep, nice to see and a really strong increased trading year is further reinforced. Combine that with the efficiencies of the company, then looking A OK! | jacobjohn7
16/9/2009 07:37 | I think that the statement is very positive, business is obviously increasing but within the same cost structure, I for one will be hanging on to my shares. | parsons |
