There could, I guess, be a positive surprise coming with regard to the Koltogor oil field in Western Siberia. With oil prices strengthening (Brent is now $62 per b), perhaps a new joint venture partner will be unveiled.

We just had a comment on the recent update posted here yesterday from ZOL's PR firm in an email response.

The PR firm were very upfront and i'm surprised they didn't try and gloss anything.

ZOL is cheap but there is a reason for it and I nearly bought at 7p but decided I can't see much happening shorter term so maybe give it a few months and see what they tell us on seismic and drilling first. May have to pay more for the certainty though.

If I was ZOL management, I may initiate a share buy back, but corporate progress and profits is really the only way to drive market values up.

I used to post regular on here a couple of years ago, obviously Waldorf is losing it because he used to say exactly what he's saying now...

And you've heard the saying no doubt, about 'not blaming the messenger'...

What don't you understand about when the company state that they had a rubbish year and expect it to be worse over the next year or three!!!..

Just because you pour more money into these it didn't mean that everything's hunky dorey, it just means your money is dead money..

Has me having no money.....You are right!!! I don't have any money in these..my moneys in company's that are going places, and not in a falling zombie share...

Does not invest as has no money with which to do.
Did his dosh long ago.

Bit like the guy in the bookie years ago that spends all day there trying to make conversation, expressing supreme wisdom on each race / horse yet never seems to have a shilling.

He will move on you will see.

Never posted on ZOL before it hit the leaderboard couple of days ago.

Why would anyone stay in a company that has informed the market that the last year was bad and the next ones going to be even worse...Its going to be two years AT LEAST before they turn the corner..

There is absolutely no reason why anyone should be invested in these at this time, its just a dead investment, and what's left of your money invested in here could be put to better use elsewhere!!!.

Who said they would be trading at a loss, that will not be the case, reduced profit perhaps if not likely, but not at a loss.
I believe there is something else in the wind..
