10/9/2007 13:30 | Couple of worries here for me - 1) Quite a bit of revenue comes from the Moscow contract that is tendered each year - what if they loose that? 2) Business is geared (though not as much now) to weather. - As the climate seems all over the shop at the mo - whats to say that its not going to be a really mild winter? Both of the above appear to be being addressed by the company. Anyone have any broker notes on this? Tempted, but the spread is still putting me off | stegrego
10/9/2007 12:57 | Very good results ! Anyone know why Pennygold has disposed of 8.9m shares in the company over the past 6 months ? Since the share price has fluctuated in the 13 - 17p range during that period, with a 1.5p or approximately 10% spread, I assume that they must be selling shares that they acquired privately prior to the AIM listing in December 2005. Pennygold have now reduced their holding from 12.1% to 6.8% over the past 16 months. | masurenguy
10/9/2007 08:06 | Ermmm - where is everybody? I don't even hold, I only came here cos I wanted to see what a share chart looks like when it goes up :-) Looked like an excellent set of results to me on first glance, why the muted interest? | spangle93
07/9/2007 14:21 | Thanks for the heads up LP. Question is will anyone notice? | buzzaldrinsballs
06/9/2007 09:48 | Interims on Monday. | liarspoker
03/9/2007 09:03 | I'm staying in. | buzzaldrinsballs
02/9/2007 21:07 | Thanks HH - I don't think many punters will pick up on these unless they are tipped. Exciting times ahead imo. :O) | liarspoker
02/9/2007 20:55 | (Re?)Tipped in the IC (as quoted in an online tips roundup): "Zirax, the producers of calcium chloride and there is strong demand for the product from the Russian government as it tries to defrost arterial roads. Zirax is expanding production and a new Western Europe facility will improve access to key markets. Buy." | hattori_hanzo
30/8/2007 10:53 | Thanks Tole - only just noticed your post. This is not the most active thread as you can see.:O) | liarspoker

23/8/2007 10:01 | Hi Liars.. a note out by SVS securities the other week dated 13th August. Can access it through website. | tole
21/8/2007 13:07 | Looks like there's a bit of an overhang due to Pennygold imo. | liarspoker
13/8/2007 08:26 | It's good to hear you've received positive feedback from both the analyst & the company. ZRX certainly looks good value, so I'll keep an eye on it & I'll keep an eye out for your posts. Let's hope a bear market doesn't appear in the meanime! ....Gulp! ;-) All the best. | hattori_hanzo
09/8/2007 08:34 | Hi HH, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree that market conditions aren't the best right now but I suspect that we'll see a little run up towards the end of the year in most of the major markets. Isn't the Dow volatile these days ? I think that ZRX will rerate itself given time. I mean how long can people sit there and watch a cash rich company which has more demand for its products then it can supply just trade on such a low valuation. With the expansion it will meet more demand whilst boosting the bottomline. All expansion paid for with cash. I've spoken to an analyst and send a few mails to investors relations. Bodes well imo. | liarspoker
09/8/2007 08:27 | Hi Liars - I was in and out of ZRX for small pofit last year (having bought at the bottom on the dip in the chart). But there simply was no interest in the stock & almost no trades at all. I'm still interested, but the continuing liquidity problems & general market conditions are putting me off, atm. Good luck. | hattori_hanzo
09/8/2007 08:07 | Something going on. :O) | liarspoker
08/8/2007 16:16 | 70K X trade gone through - only 10 grands worth though so nothing serious. Looks like we are held up at 14.5p resistance. Last few trades through at full offer of 15p so not much longer before we move higher imo especially with the interims coming up. Great communication from investor relations btw. | liarspoker
07/8/2007 14:23 | I'd have thought the 20K would have moved it - I mean if they charge full offer at 15p for 1K it must mean that they are fairly short right. BTW I just found another plus for this stock. A nice quiet thread. :O) | liarspoker
06/8/2007 10:12 | Level II strengthening - 1 v 1 now. More punters becoming aware of the cash position and the low valuation imo. | liarspoker
03/8/2007 08:05 | Interims due early September but no date has been set yet. | liarspoker
02/8/2007 15:17 | A Play of the Week in Shares today Liars, if you werent aware Had it on radar for about a year, but the spread and the fact that its very illiquid always put me off | stegrego
02/8/2007 14:59 | I've been buying a few of these over the last week or so. Looks like a great little company. Let's see if the next set of results say the same. :O) | liarspoker
02/8/2007 10:56 | Skyracer The IC gives the eps as 1.63p, whilst the turnover and ptx is given in $; so I am sure you are right and the IC is wrong. This would exlain the difficuty I had in marrying up the 2007 0.96p forecast by house broker (Hanson Westhouse)and the IC 1.63p for 2006! This experience for me is not in isolation and now I can understand why; I shall look much closer in future. A tick up today. | azalea
16/4/2007 08:44 | Pretax 3.8m us$ ==£ 2 m p/e = 12-13, it is growing company, (note: a lot of aim samll company never make prof.so I think this company make prof,it is good.) it is long hold. | may45 |
