5.8M raised on 14th December 2021 at 15.5p .. so buying now is at a 43% discount. IMO they are funded for this and there's a bigger rise coming before next placing :) potentially get into the 20's again :) I've been back in since 10p and adding all the way down and will keep doing so :) news isn't too far away :)

From the June operational update

5. Outlook

Looking forward, the Company's near-term priorities are the commencement of
the in-fill and exploration drill campaigns. In addition, it is focused on
enhancing the Project technically and economically through increasing the
production potential, re-orienting it towards lithium hydroxide and seeking
optimisation opportunities across all key areas. The Company will provide
investors with greater clarity on revised project parameters in the form of a
Preliminary Economic Assessment as soon as it can.

A near term rise will likely be in advance of a fund raise to pay for the above. Good news if you want to buy, you shouldn't need to wait long to get them at a discount.

Ganfeng at it again. Buying Argentina lithium player Lithea Inc for up to 962m dollars. Wants to strengthen the layout of its upstream lithium resources and self sufficiency etc. Won?t be long before corporate action here

Is Tesla really eyeing the lithium deposit in the German state of Saxony ? Or is Zinnwald Lithium PLC even a takeover target in the medium term ?

These rumors are spreading fast all over Europe. In the meantime, the German press has picked up the Tesla theme.

Various voices on the subject, e.g. a german daily newspaper from saxony, already want to attribute a visit to the lithium deposits in Zinnwald to Elon Musk.

The weekend press carried a number of articles in business sections warning against real losses resulting from holding a high percentage of cash in your portfolio during periods of high inflation.However,those observations are disingenuous in the current equity markets which could easily suffer further sharp falls.Like others,i've selectively picked up stocks (like Dalgety,Dechra,Halma etc) on the dips but its done me no favours to date.I'll hold off during these summer months since i think that things are more than likely to get worse before they stabilise.Cash remains king for the foreseeable future.

It's getting worse! It appears that a bottom is still some way off. Fortunately I don't hold ZNWD, but it's one of the few shares I follow having held in the past. I only currently hold 2 shares (MILA & GPM) as I'm keen on the prospects for gold due to the awful global economic climate.

Hopefully,this share price reaction will encourage the management to make informative and useful RNSs in future.Thereagain,in fairness,we have learnt that the company are not in any great rush to do anything significant other than keep a beady eye on their rapidly depleting cash resources.
