It's a multi national conglomerate as you know only too well. I continue to average down.

SO..how much is now being sold. The share price is at its lowest ever. The costs of the samples and some of the trials have already been completed. The latin market is a massive sizs as is india.
But there is no delivery news. Maybe omnisusa could be looked at.
There are no figures there. But the website shows increased coverage and enthuisiasm.
2 months until the half years results.
Zenova should give investors more information.

Drips and Sparks Ltd has filed its accounts.
It is a one man repairs and electrician company with tiny debtors and creditors


How it is described as a “sprayers group” is beyond me. But there is no £2.4m contract coming from this direction!

“Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), the innovative fire suppression and interdiction solutions Company, is pleased to announce that it has secured a two-year contract for 200,000 litres of its FP coating with the sprayers group, Drips and Sparks Ltd, to apply Zenova FP to steel surfaces at Gracewood Construction Ltd's project sites in the UK.”

Well Drips snd Sparks Limited has until Monday to file accounts or else it will face fines and possible strike off. That was after reducing the accounting year by one day to get an extra three months to file accounts



Francois Chklar other company is now in liquidation

Francois won two cars and was described as an electrician working on a building site


If I were a cynic, which I am, I would put the odds of this contract delivering more than £3k in total as 0.00001%. It will join the numbers of other multi million ZED contract RNSs in the RNS graveyard of broken dreams.

At least 2 destributers are not selling other extinguisher products. And just selling zenova fx.
The news of the NHS and the 2.4m pound 2 year contract should be enough for most companies. But i would like to see more..

Sell in may and dont come back to st.legers day. I must admit the aim market is moribond at best.
Some more contracts would be good. Ideally orders to the latin countries and india start to show. India could be the star as its fire extinguishers look out dated. And normally have more than one for different fire types.

The cost of samples. I think they may effect the first half. Which ended at the end of may.
Ideally some more paint contracts will appear. This will take care off the formative months.

There are accolades for this top of the tree extinguisher range on multiple webs sites in different industries..
This still waiting..MER! mer is the corresponding certificatio to the european marine equipment directive. This comes into efective in january of next year. ZENOVA HAVE THE EUROPEAN ONE. they have made the first tiny st5ep. MARITIMEAVIATION as a distributer. They have joined bells and two tones in only distributing zenova extinguishers. I have also spotted another distributer. They join under the associate system. The share price looks SAD but progress carries on.
But i do now think that the aim fear of funding is holding this back. Maybe the troll and fake accs are posting as much. Filters apply.
But be prepared to lose out on this crazy price. Another contract via drips and sparks and zed will motor.
Under 2m m.c for one of the worlds leading fire extinguishers.

Everywhere. Glowing product reports. But, the out of date yearly results and a clear view of revenue growth looks to be a brake.
Control of costs may have reduced the rns amount. Two of the most recent include the nhs and a 2.4m contract. More revenue would allay fears of funding. Half yearly results toeards the end of augest cannot come quick enough.

Omnis.usa our major usa supplier has given the fx500 an update. It does highlight the versatility of the aerosol and ease of use. I get the feeling that traction is mounting
The other main liated distributers are ZENSAFE, FIRE SERVICES GROUP and BELLS AND TWO TONES. the list of newer distributers keeps growing.

StRt of the new year is misleading. We are nearly 7 months in and the half years reults announced next month
Last years results / second half were disapointing.
Could it have been the sheer amount of samples for the trials sent out. The current first half should be much improved when announced next month. But this is all obout orders now. Ideally from latin america and india.

Fx concentrate? And cris housing.? At some stage zenova will release an rns that will blow the bloody doors off.
The market cap is less than the 2 year contract and the nhs official partner has been granted since then.

Widfire barrier. Advertised allot but not mentioned.
So i will. We have a green product than does not pollute. It tackles all types of fires. A concentrate has been mentioned buut not announced. Courtesy of maritmeaviation we know that the concentrate can be mixed with sea water. There is a picuture today of a helicopter trying to put out a fire with plain water.
As water supplys dry up it will make sense for sea water to be used and hopefully wildfire barrier will be used. The head of majorca fire department was at the zenova palma demonstration. But this heatwave has brought the fires foward. The wildbarrier could be the best thing out there. Getting it used is another matter.
Maybe marineaviation has some contacts.

Hi. Transition to non fluorinated foam concentrates.? For explanation go to maritimeaviation the new zenova distributer.
? Is the fx range categorised as a foam. If it is, it may explain the recent apearence of fx concentrate that can be mixed with sea water and used through existing fire fighting pipework.
Although this is only superyachts it is a great showchase for zenova products and yet another foot in a door.
And you could say its the best money can buy.
I get the feeling that the annual results were reduced due to time restrictions. The only bad news was the historic year end figures. Which was probrably the inflexion point for the company. Half year results in the second half of augest. An update is preferable.
