Admission to trading of Common Shares
Zenith Energy Ltd. (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the international energy production and development company, announces that an application has been made for admission to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange of 1,142,140 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares"), which were already in issue.
Admission for the Common Shares to be admitted to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange is expected to take place on October 5, 2023 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the number of Common Shares admitted to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange will be 193,137,074.
