I wonder if large AAOG shareholders refused the issue of ZEN shares as part of the original deal, and forced AAOG to opt for cash instead?

It's just a ploy, I can see it now. AC will pat himself on the back saying the shares have almost doubled in a week as he gets away another issue of shares.
