The deal has been done..... an egm will be held to approve it.

In effect the deal would have been completed with some caveats like with shareholder approval.

The deal has been done dunc. Just release of the rns now. Could be tmrw first thing but Thurs at the latest. I was just slightly worried that the deal would fall through. Fortunately they clinched it.

Just got an update from SC. The deal has been done and dusted. RNS at the earliest tomorrow or latest Thursday.

Couldn't get any more details... all info will be in the RNS.

They still had to tidy up Zenergy Inc.

I think it will be just over 3 million as the costs involved would of been huge.

I have to say I am surprised how misinformed some people are on here regarding the cash position. I would say that by the time Zenergy has finshed tidying up the inc. its cash value will be between 3 to 4p, approx £2-2.5m.

Things may yet turn around here, I hope they do.

However, I made the decison some time ago to sell all of my ZEN stock as its no longer the company I invested in but I hope that those still invested here get some return for their money in the future.

No one knows what business ZEN have bought. Market wants to see the deal first.

I remember the share more than doubling last January, on speculation of good news. Only to be followed by a disappointing RNS.

May be this time round market wants to see the news before attributing any value to the upside.

It has no debt. Current market cap is c£2.5m

Any acquisition has to be better than cash of £4m doing nothing.
